Desk Study: A technical review of available and emerging technologies for harvesting of Brassicas and whole head lettuce

The aim of this project is to carry out a desk study to assess and compare existing commercial harvesting systems for cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage and whole head lettuce, identify emerging technologies, technical gaps and produce industry recommendations.
