Management of Pests, including Alien Invasive Species, in Fruit Growing Regions of the Great Lakes and Pacific Northwest America and Canada

A study visit made by Professor Jerry Cross to the Pacific North West of USA, the Great Lakes and Canada, has gathered useful information on two alien pests that (at the time of the visit) had not yet reached the United Kingdom. This report provides information gathered on these pests:

  • Drosophila suzukii (spotted wing drosophila)
  • Halyomorpha halys (brown marmorated stink bug)

This information was last up-dated in 2012.
