Virus diseases of carrots

This factsheet describes the current knowledge and the latest developments in the area of carrot viruses, as well as discussing what is still unknown. The virus complexes known to occur in the UK are Carrot Motley Dwarf complex (CMD) Parsnip yellow fleck virus (PYFV) and  Carrot yellow leaf virus (CYLV which are aphid transmitted but can vary in their incidence and epidemiology.
